Edit: Welp my point was proven once again. Seems someone that dose alot of boxing art for one of the people I listed offred to draw for me for free, that made my day...but then it went back to normal. I've had an idea for a new outfit for Mary, nearly the same thing sept shorts to look that of those that girls in japan wear for gym glass in school and straps connecting her long boots to her shorts, no big deal right? Well to this one person it was as they marked it as fanservice and turned me down. Now did this put me down? You bet it did. Sure I'm willing to back down as I'm not going to force an artist to draw anything M or adult rated if they don't do that stuff...but this was teen rated if anything much like everything else they do. Now they could have just said it wasn't their style or something and I would have left it at that..but to call it fanservice when it was not that at all sort of got me angry...but not for very long. and asked her the very same stuff...and guess what...she's more than happy to do the art, granted I have to pay DA points so its not free like the other person BUT she didn't think of my idea as fanservice at all, was very nice, isn't charging a ton of points like some I've seen (2,000 for a picture, really?)and I think she even liked my ideas a bit so while one was free but put me down I found someone that isn't free but very considerate.

Granted most of them are VERY good artists so I can understand why for that and some of them, who I've talked to anyway, are very nice people but still feel overshadowed by, that isn't to say I hate them because I don't. At one point I thought the OCT thing might help, get more people seeing my stuff, looking at my characters and whatnot but that hasn't helped at all as I barely have anyone looking or reading my stuff in those. Now I know what some of you might be thinking "What about Meagan, she's so cute that everyone likes her" Well yeah that is true BUT there is a bit of a thing there as well, see I co own the original Meagan (not the alien princess one) with my good friend
as he owns Meagan's father while I own her mother, but thats just 1 character that isn't fully my own. I've already went into detail about how alot of people want to see Tammy killed and people also don't like the look of Mayu just because she's tubby with a big chest. Few people like Jessica but those are close friends and no one else, same gos with Mary and the Glock sisters, and no one really cares about Lilith or Deb...well...one person likes Deb but they wanted me to give her to them and I'm not about to do that.Now some are thinking what dose this have to do with the boxing trend? Well most of these characters are into that sport or close to it but even with the few pictures I get and what stories I write they are overlooked for others, mostly because they are all animals as some have told me and I would go with that...if the problem was just here on DA and it is not, plus lets not forget that one of the people in that group is a boxing white rabbit so its not just because they are animals. With little to no feedback on what stories I've made I can't tell if thats the problem, how they look, or whatever else besides having tons of art that keeps me stuck behind everyone else. I'm in no way an artist as much as I would love to be and I'm just starting out to be a writer so I'm not that great...but I try. I'm I griping too much about this? Yeah I'm sure I am but is it so wrong to be in the light just a little? I'm not wanting to be king of the hill or star of the show, god no. I'd just like to be a little bit closer so I'm not left out and ignored, thats all really.

3/21/19 update
Well not a whole lot has changed so far. I did however get my first bonus for work and it was more than I was expecting. Still not enough to make things easy (not till my asshole uncle starts helping more) but it was still a nice bit. The only down side is that week we lost another dog. She was 18 years old, that's REALLY old for a little dog sure, but I feel she could have made it another year if it wasn't for my uncle. With her being half def, blind, and having dimentia she was prone to having panic attacks alot should she get lost in the yard, so we would put her out on the deck when she had to go out...and my uncle threw her outside early
life update 12/30/18
Know I've been quiet here but I'm still alive for the most part. Things have been up and down on my end what with my job and house getting worked on. My Christmas wasn't all that great but I won't go into details other than it wasn't what I had hoped for, but I hope everyone else had a very good Christmas.
My job has been pretty okay, normally 32 hours a week and not too much stress if I can avoid some of the managers that are assholes just for the sake of it, but sadly I'll be losing 4 hours after this week. The busy season is over with for the time being and for some reason they are putting two more new guys on our team after we just got o
Life update
Sorry I haven't kept up to date here on things. So far I've had a job at walmart for the past two months. It's been okay but as of late my department manager has been a real bitch. As of right now my hours have been ungodly cut, from around 20 or 30 some hours to 8 and 9 hours a week. I don't know if it's because she's gunning after me or something else, I can never get ahold of her while on the job and she refuses to talk to me if I'm off. Hopefully things will work out for the best and if my uncle will actually help for once, maybe I can get home net back up by the end of the year.
End of the line for now...
Well...things have gone south for me in a bad way. My uncle refuses to help with bills, I'm still struggling to find a job, and my mom's health is now so bad that she finely admits she can't work anymore... so to save money we're calling in and having the net cut to our house. The only time I'll see stuff online is if I go to a wifi place but even then it will be rare...so...I'm going to be gone until we somehow start racking in enough money to turn the net on...so...hopefully I'll be back...some day.
